Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in motion graphics and animation.

• Proficient in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other motion design tools.
• Strong foundation in design principles including layout, typography, and color theory.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Ability to storyboard and visualize motion sequences from scratch.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
Experience creating motion content for social, ads, and digital campaigns is a strong plus.

• Design and animate compelling motion graphics for ads, social media, website, and marketing videos.
• Translate abstract concepts and scripts into clear, visually engaging motion storytelling.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to deliver high-impact creative assets.
• Ensure brand consistency across all motion graphic materials.
• Optimize animations for various platforms, aspect ratios, and performance.
• Stay ahead of motion design trends, tools, and techniques.
