Job summary:
The Procurement Specialist (MEP) is responsible for managing the full procurement cycle for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing materials and equipment. The role focuses on sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing high-quality products at competitive prices, while ensuring timely delivery and supplier compliance. It requires strong knowledge of MEP products, effective vendor management, and close coordination with internal teams to support operational needs and project timeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end procurement processes for MEP-related materials and equipment.
- Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to ensure best pricing, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Prepare and manage purchase orders, quotations, and contracts.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and operations teams.

Requirements:
