Job Title: HR Generalist

Company: Hadaf Solutions

Location : Hurgada

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor attendance, absences, and overtime for payroll processing

• Manage all personnel affairs including contracts, medical-social insurance, labor laws, and income tax compliance

•Provide support and guidance to employees on company policies and procedures.

•Organize and coordinate employee training and development programs.

•Handle performance management and assist with employee relations.

•Assist in resolving any workplace issues

Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.

•1-2 years of experience in HR.

•Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

•Knowledge of Saudi labor laws is must.

•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

•Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

•Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

•Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

•High attention to detail and accuracy.

•Relocating to Hurghada is preferable
