Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with each client’s goals.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat).
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics; generate monthly and campaign-specific reports.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.
  •  Engage with online communities and respond to comments/messages in a timely and professional manner.
  •  Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce compelling visuals and copy.
  • Support paid social campaigns by working with media buyers or running boosted posts/ads.
  • Track competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities for client growth.

Qualifications:

 

  • 5+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of major social platforms, content formats, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with paid social campaign management (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat,etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with a strong eye for visual storytelling.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
