Key Responsibilities:Compensation Management
  • Design and manage salary structures, job grading, and pay bands.
  • Conduct regular compensation benchmarking against BPO market data.
  • Lead the annual salary review, promotions, and variable pay planning cycles.
  • Ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
Benefits Administration
  • Oversee employee benefits programs (medical insurance, life insurance, wellness, etc.).
  • Review vendor contracts and negotiate to optimize benefit costs and coverage.
  • Lead employee awareness campaigns and open enrollment periods.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations.
Incentives & Recognition
  • Design and manage short-term and long-term incentive programs.
  • Build performance-linked reward models for operations and support functions.
  • Develop and implement recognition programs to boost employee engagement.
HR Data & Analytics
  • Analyze pay, turnover, engagement, and productivity data to support decision-making.
  • Create dashboards and reports on compensation metrics and ROI of rewards programs.
  • Partner with HRBPs and Finance to model and forecast reward-related budgets.
Policy Development & Compliance
  • Develop, document, and regularly update total rewards policies and procedures.
  • Ensure full compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and legal standards.
  • Support internal and external audits related to payroll, benefits, and compensation.
Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Collaborate with HRBPs, Finance, Operations, and Leadership on workforce cost planning.
  • Provide guidance and training to managers on rewards, performance, and pay decisions.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/HR specialization is a plus).
  • 6–8 years of experience in compensation & benefits, including at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
  • Prior experience in a BPO, ITES, or high-headcount service industry is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation frameworks, benchmarking tools (e.g., Mercer, Aon), and benefits design.
  • Familiarity with payroll and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
