Job Description: The Senior FinOps will oversee the operational aspects of financial transactions, ensuring accurate tracking, cash flow monitoring, and efficient processing of funds within the ROSCA cycles.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the execution of financial operations, including transaction processing, reconciliations, and cash management.
  • Assist the Treasury Supervisor in managing cash flows and optimizing liquidity for ROSCA payouts.
  • Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and compliant with Egyptian financial regulations.
  • Collaborate with accounting and FP&A teams to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Provide insights on cash flow forecasts and operational risk management.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • 3+ years of experience in financial operations or treasury, preferably in a Fintech company.
  • Strong understanding of transaction management, liquidity forecasting, and cash flow analysis.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-inflation environment.
  • Proficient in accounting software and financial tools.
