Technical Support Engineer

📍 Location: Smart Village, Egypt (On-site)

💰 Salary: EGP 22,690 Gross

🕐 Shifts: 9 AM – 6 PM or 10 AM – 7 PM

🗣️ English Level: B2+ / C1

Job Description

Concentrix is hiring experienced Tier 2/3 Technical Support Engineers to support enterprise clients in resolving advanced technical issues related to identity management, cloud platforms, networking, and authentication technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot complex issues in Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, SSO, MFA, and network-related services.
  • Use diagnostic tools such as Wireshark, Fiddler, and Netmon for issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated technical cases.
  • Document findings and contribute to internal and customer-facing knowledge bases.
  • Analyze recurring issues and share best practices for proactive resolution.

What we’re looking for:

  • Solid knowledge of Windows Active Directory Services:
  • ADDS, FSMO roles, Group Policy, Replication
  • Authentication protocols: Kerberos, NTLM
  • Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, TLS, PKI
  • Azure AD fundamentals:
  • User & group management
  • MFA, SSO, Conditional Access, Identity Protection
  • Tools: Wireshark, Netmon, Fiddler

Preferred (Bonus) Skills

  • Azure AD Connect, PTA, PHS
  • Windows Server & Hyper-V
  • Remote Desktop Services (VDI), Exchange Server, SQL Server
  • Microsoft Graph API, ADAL/MSAL Libraries
  • Windows Hello for Business, FIDO Security
