Ø Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Import Specialist to manage and oversee the company’s import operations while also providing executive administrative support to senior management. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Ø Key Responsibilities:

  •  Managing and tracking incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring timely arrival at the warehouse.
  • Coordinating with internal departments and external shipping/clearance companies to optimize service quality and costs.
  • Negotiating with local service providers to achieve the best value.

  • Strong knowledge of NAFEZA & Cargo X systems.
  • Reception and welcoming of visitors to senior management.
  • Organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and recording minutes.
  • Arranging hotel bookings, flight reservations, and travel schedules for exhibitions.
  • Supporting the senior management team with delegated administrative tasks.

Ø Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in import operations.
  • At least 3 years of experience in office administration
  • Strong knowledge of NAFEZA & Cargo X systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Internet research.
  • Willingness to work between two company locations and occasionally perform tasks outside the office as needed.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Ø Additional Information:

  • Location: Heliopolis (4 days) / Obour City (2 days).
  • Job Type: Full-time.
  • Working Hours: 9:30 am – 6:00 pm.
  • Working Days: 6 days a week (Friday off).
