Job Summary:

The Moderation Team Manager is responsible for leading, developing, and overseeing a team of content moderators to ensure the effective and consistent application of 4level1s community guidelines, policies, and terms of service. This role is crucial for maintaining a safe, positive, and compliant user experience on our platform, mitigating risks, and fostering a high-performing team in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Team Leadership & Development:

* Recruit, onboard, train, mentor, and coach a team of content moderators.

* Set clear performance expectations and provide regular, constructive feedback, coaching, and formal

* Foster a supportive, collaborative, and resilient team environment, addressing welfare concerns related to exposure to sensitive content.

* Manage team schedules, capacity planning, and resource allocation to ensure optimal coverage and efficient moderation queues.

* Identify training needs and develop training materials or initiatives to enhance team skills and knowledge.

* Stay informed about evolving content trends, online safety issues, and industry best practices.

* Operational Excellence & Efficiency:

* Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as accuracy, productivity, review times, and backlog to identify trends and areas for improvement.

* Implement and optimize moderation workflows, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

* Develop and maintain clear documentation for team processes, guidelines, and best practices.

* Contribute to the identification and implementation of technological solutions to improve moderation capabilities.

* Ensure the teams adherence to all relevant local and international regulations concerning online content and user data privacy.

* Participate in the development and refinement of content policies based on emerging trends and

Qualifications:

  • Experience In Gulf Area

* Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Communications, Sociology, Psychology, Business Administration, or related discipline).
