Social Media Manager (GCC Market Specialist)

were hiring social media manager for one of our innovative clients based in the GCC Market  with a strong background in managing social media strategies for service-based businesses in the GCC region. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of GCC consumer behavior, cultural nuances, and platform trends (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter/X, Snapchat, and Facebook). You will be responsible for developing and executing engaging content, driving brand awareness, and fostering customer engagement while aligning with business goals.

1. Strategy & Planning:

• Develop and implement GCC-focused social media strategies for service-based brands (Educational, hospitality, consulting, etc.).
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Align social media efforts with business objectives (lead generation, brand loyalty, customer service).

2.Content Creation & Management:

• Create, curate, and schedule culturally relevant content (videos, graphics, blogs, reels, stories) tailored to GCC audiences.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and agencies to produce high-quality content.
• Maintain a content calendar ensuring consistency across platforms.

3.Community Engagement & Customer Service:

• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely, brand-aligned manner.
• Foster relationships with influencers, partners, and local communities in the GCC.

4.Performance Tracking & Reporting:

• Analyze KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions) using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and social listening platforms.
• Provide monthly reports with actionable insights to optimize performance.

5.Paid Social & Campaigns:

• Manage paid ad campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok) to boost visibility and lead generation.
• Optimize budgets and targeting for GCC-specific demographics.

6.Compliance & Trends:

• Ensure all content adheres to local regulations, cultural sensitivities, and platform guidelines.
• Stay updated on emerging GCC social media trends and platform updates.

• 5+ years of social media management experience, specifically in the service industry (not product-based).
• Proven success in growing engagement and brand presence in the GCC market.
• Expertise in platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Strong copywriting skills in English (Arabic is a huge plus).
• Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics and paid social.
• Creative thinker with excellent communication and project management skills.
