Job Title: Automotive Expert Engineer (Luxury & Exotic Cars)

Department: Vehicle Inspection & Quality Assurance

As an Automotive Expert Engineer, you will conduct meticulous inspections and diagnostics on high-end vehicles, ensuring they meet performance, safety, and aesthetic excellence. Your expertise will directly impact customer trust and our reputation for precision.

• Perform comprehensive technical inspections on luxury/exotic vehicles, covering:
• Engine, transmission, and drivetrain performance.
• Electrical systems (infotainment, ADAS, sensors).
• Chassis, suspension, and braking systems.
• Cosmetic condition (paint, upholstery, trim).
• Utilize advanced diagnostic tools (e.g., Autel, ISTA, PIWIS) to identify issues.

• Document findings in detailed inspection reports with photo/video evidence.
• Classify issues by severity (e.g., critical, recommended, cosmetic) and estimate repair costs.
• Ensure compliance with brand-specific quality standards.

• Liaise with service technicians to validate repair needs and timelines.
• Advise clients on maintenance plans and post-inspection steps.

• Stay updated on emerging technologies (e.g., EV systems, autonomous features).
• Attend brand-specific training (e.g., BMW STEP, Porsche Classic).

• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience inspecting luxury/exotic vehicles (workshop or dealership).
• Expertise in 2+ premium brands (e.g., Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, Range Rover).
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools (e.g., Launch X-431, OE software like STAR Diagnosis).
• Technical certifications (e.g., ASE Master Technician, brand-specific credentials).

• Obsessive attention to detail – you spot flaws others miss.
• Clear communication – translate technical jargon for clients.
• Problem-solving – diagnose intermittent or complex issues.
