About this opportunity Ericsson invites dynamic and motivated individuals to apply for the role of Implementation Management. As a part of this stimulating role, you will take charge of all implementation services, encapsulating a broad spectrum of responsibilities. These include defining and managing the project scope, overseeing time and resource planning, and ensuring effective reporting.
What you will do- Work closely with internal stakeholder and customer to understand demands and expectations
- Drive performance and customer excellence
- Performance management of unit and staff
- Drive culture, behavior and attitude through Ericssons core values
- ASPs management and forecasting
- Ensure up-to-date processes implemented with all staff
- Min years of experience: 5 years in similar management position
- Min years of technical experience : 5-10 years working in managing field telecom teams.
- Domain experience: Deep understanding of site installation and commissioning, hands on experience will be a plus
- Deep understanding of Service Delivery
- Market insight
- Customer and performance focus
- Presentation skill
- Knowledge about Ericsson business
- Ability to adapt to changes
- Very good leadership and management skills
