About the Role:

We’re in a dynamic building phase and looking for a multiskilled, entrepreneurial team player to take the lead on digital growth. This role is not for someone looking for a comfort zone—it’s for a builder, a self-starter, and a digital growth hacker.

You will run and scale paid ad campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat, generate qualified leads, collaborate on content strategy, and identify market opportunities in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Italy, Spain, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

? Priority 1: Paid Social Media & Lead Generation

Plan, launch, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and Snapchat.

Generate qualified leads from the Egyptian and Saudi markets, ensuring alignment with local audience behavior and cultural context.

Track and analyze campaign performance with a focus on ROI, CPL, and conversion quality.

Collaborate closely with the sales team to align ad targeting and messaging with sales goals.

? Priority 2: Content Calendar & Post Production Collaboration

Develop and manage a monthly content calendar that aligns with paid campaigns and brand objectives.

Support the post-production team with creative concepts, briefs, and visual references.

Ensure all content—paid and organic—resonates with the Gulf and Egyptian audiences, maintaining brand voice and tone.

? Priority 3: Research & Market Opportunity Mapping

Research industry events, awards, and growth opportunities (especially in Italy and Spain) for potential visibility.

Conduct competitor analysis and explore new partnership or exposure channels.

What We’re Looking For:

A digital marketer with strong media buying skills and a proven track record in lead generation in Egypt and Saudi Arabia.

Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads.

Content-savvy, able to contribute to campaign ideation and storytelling.

Prior work in or deep understanding of interior design, furniture, finishing, or real estate is a strong advantage.
