Job Purpose

Responsible for all the operations related constructions and repairs in current Branches and Head offices

Key Accountabilities
  • Prepare and ensure completion of Periodic Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules in all bank premises.
  • Report and follow up Corrective maintenance (CM) activities in all bank premises.
  • Manage the refurbishment and modifications activities in all bank premises.
  • Manage and follow up the maintenance and technical services contracts.
  • Ensure the implementation and applying of energy and costs saving techniques.
  • Implement quality assurance techniques and finalize snags in audit reports.
  • Manage the maintenance expenditures and budget control.
  • Manage an inventory of equipment, tools, spare parts and consumables.
  • Coordinate with the fixed assets team the re-usage of assets, with a saving approach.
Education High School Education or Equivalent Certification/Experience Experience

At least 5-8 years banking sector experience

Knowledge of banking process & procedures

Competencies & Skills Technical Expertise, Leading People, Developing Capabilities, Managing Resources,
