Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior
Recruiting Operations
Specialist located in 6th of October. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, from job posting to onboarding. Daily tasks include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, developing employer branding strategies, and maintaining a robust talent pipeline.
Qualifications
- Willing to start and join immediately
- 6th of October or Giza resident is highly regarded
- Manufacturing industry / recruitment agencies is A PLUS
- Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring
- Proficient in Interviewing and Recruiting skills
- Knowledge in developing Employer Branding strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
