Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer
 to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to 
design and develop customized training kits
 for a diverse range of clients, ensuring high-impact learning experiences that align with their specific needs. This role involves collaborating with clients, integrating 
gamified learning solutions
, and leveraging various instructional methodologies to create engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop
     customized training kits tailored to client needs.
  • Meet with clients
     to assess training requirements and ensure alignment with their objectives.
  • Design and develop differentiated gamified
    learning solutions
    .
  • Apply best practices in 
    Learning and Development (L&D) design
    , ensuring high-quality instructional content.
  • Support 
    training delivery
    , with experience in working with training providers considered a plus.
  • Utilize 
    AI prompting techniques
     to optimize content creation and instructional design.
  • Create and structure content in 
    English and Arabic
    , ensuring linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance.
  • Conduct research on 
    soft skills training
     to ensure comprehensive program development.
  • Continuously update and improve training materials based on learner feedback and industry trends.

Basic Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience
     in 
    Learning & Development (L&D) instructional design
    .
  • Instructional design certification is a must (IDLX or others)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
    .
  • Experience with 
    Canva or similar self-designing tools
     for course materials.
  • Strong understanding of 
    AI prompting
     for content development.
  • Previous experience in 
    designing and delivering soft skills training
     programs.
  • Ability to 
    design and develop training content in both English and Arabic
    .
  • Exceptional 
    attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills
    .
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities to engage with stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in 
    training delivery is a plus
     or working with 
    training providers
    .
  • Knowledge of 
    learning management systems (LMS)
     and e-learning platforms.
  • Certification in 
    instructional design
     or 
    learning methodologies
     (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
