Talent Acquisition Specialist

What You'll Do:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for head office and store roles
- Partner with managers to identify hiring needs and build strong candidate pipelines
- Represent Bloom's employer brand across digital and offline channels
- Drive a positive candidate experience from first contact to onboarding
What We're Looking For:
- 2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (retail/FMCG preferred)
- Strong communication and interviewing skills
- Proactive, organized, and passionate about people
- Fluent in English and Arabic
