We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to join our team in El Sadat City, Egypt. As a key member of our manufacturing leadership, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our production processes, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining high-quality standards.

• Develop and implement production strategies to meet organizational goals and objectives
• Oversee daily production operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control
• Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production flow and timely delivery of products
• Manage and mentor production team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards
• Implement and maintain quality control processes to meet customer expectations
• Optimize inventory management and preventative maintenance schedules
• Participate in budget planning and cost control initiatives
• Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to enhance production efficiency

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred; high school diploma with extensive experience will be considered
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role
• Proven track record of improving production efficiency and quality
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control standards, and optimization techniques
• Experience with inventory management and preventative maintenance scheduling
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word
• Experience with manufacturing automation systems is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in manufacturing settings
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
