We're Hiring – Receptionist

KMT for Industrial Services is seeking a professional and proactive Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our office.

Requirements:

  • University degree is a must with +2 years' experience in similar role.
  • Excellent command of English & Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Presentable, friendly, and professional demeanor.
  • Preferred to be a Maadi resident.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and directing visitors in a professional manner.
  • Answering and transferring phone calls promptly and efficiently.
  • Managing correspondence (emails, letters, packages, and couriers).
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
  • Maintaining office supplies and supporting administrative tasks.
  • Providing support to different departments as needed.
