Job Description:

iSchool is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Telesales Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will engage directly with parents and guardians to introduce them to our innovative online coding and programming courses designed for students aged 6 to 18. You will play a crucial role in driving enrollment and ensuring that potential customers understand the value and benefits of our educational offerings.

As a Senior Telesales Specialist, you will not only be responsible for your sales targets but will also mentor junior team members, helping them develop their skills and achieve their goals. Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound and inbound calls to prospective customers, providing detailed information about our courses and answering queries.
  • Utilize persuasive sales techniques to convert leads into enrollments, ensuring a positive experience for the customer.
  • Develop personalized consultations to understand each familys unique needs and recommend appropriate programs.
  • Mentor and support junior telesales staff to enhance their performance and contribute to team growth.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and report on results to senior management, making data-driven adjustments to strategies as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to effectively communicate iSchools unique value proposition.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in telesales or telemarketing, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
  • Leadership experience or mentoring capability is a plus.
