Fleet Maintenance Manager

·        Maintain Company fleet in Safe operational conditions

·        Optimize time & quality of repairs to Ensure spare vehicle availability

·        Optimize operation costs and Reduce Expenses by increasing the effectiveness of Maintenance, Repair, and other related functions

·        Validate and Approve repair costs and car user’s expenses as per authority matrix

·        Analyze corrective maintenances of all the vehicles

·        Develop team capabilities by coaching, training, and evaluating employees’ performance

·        Identify the department KPIs and Ensure meeting them

·        Ensure Customer satisfaction 

·        Manage the department budget

·        Manage the optimization of internal maintenance services & washing technician’s performance and productivity

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferably Mechanical division.

Min. 10 years of experience in a similar role includes 3+ years in a managerial role

·        Preventive Maintenance Experience 

·        Transport Management Experience

·        Vendor Management Experience

·        Fleet and Driving Safety Knowledge

·        Communication & Interpersonal skills

·        Planning & Prioritizing Skills

·        MS Office Proficiency  

·        Problem Solving & Decision Making

·        Finance & Accounting literacy
