Job Description

  • Maintain a high level of knowledge of the company’s products and services, competition, and key product differentiation.
  • Visit establishments to evaluate needs or to promote product sales.
  • Contact new or existing customers to discuss how specific products or services can meet their needs.
  • Prepare sales presentations or proposals to explain product specifications or applications.
  • Verify that delivery schedules meet project deadlines.
  • Identify prospective customers, using business directories, leads from existing clients, participation in organizations, or trade show or conference attendance.
  • Provide customers with ongoing technical support.
  • Advise customers on product usage to improve production.
  • Identify and explore new sales opportunities with existing and potential customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and improve sales processes
  • Ensure that all contracts related to sales are aligned with the companys policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Maintain sales and customer records complete and updated.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical Engineering
  • 1 to 3 Years’ Experience
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Location: 6 of October Giza
