Property Consultant

This role is responsible for providing efficient and effective IT support services, ensuring that all technical issues are resolved promptly, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of IT systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Technical Support:

o  Respond to incoming support requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems.

o  Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for end-users.

o  Provide troubleshooting assistance for a variety of IT systems, including desktop environments, mobile devices, and peripheral devices.

·      Incident Management:

o          Manage and prioritize service requests in accordance with established IT service management protocols.

o          Document all support interactions in the ticketing system, ensuring clear and thorough records are maintained.

o          Escalate complex issues to senior technical staff or specialized teams when necessary.

·      Customer Service:

o  Deliver exceptional customer service by communicating effectively and professionally with users.

o  Follow up with users to ensure that issues are resolved satisfactorily and in a timely manner.

o  Gather user feedback to improve service delivery and identify areas for training and development.

o  System Maintenance:

o  Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and software.

o  Participate in system upgrades, patches, and other maintenance activities as directed by the IT management team.

o  Ensure that all IT assets are accounted for and properly documented.

·      Knowledge Management:

o  Contribute to the development and upkeep of technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and user guides.

o  Share knowledge with team members and assist in training new staff as needed.

·      Collaboration:

o  Collaborate with other IT teams to support cross-functional projects and initiatives.

o  Attend departmental meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of IT services.

·      Compliance and Security:

o  Adhere to company policies, procedures, and best practices regarding IT security and data protection.

o  Assist in maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

·      Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA A+) are a plus.

·      Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT support or a related field.

·      Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems.

·      Understanding of network concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.

·      Experience with active directory, remote desktop support, and common business applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, collaboration tools)..

·      Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·      Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

·      Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
