About the Department:

The Aquatics Projects Section is committed to designing and executing complete aquatic environments, including swimming pools, water features, decorative lakes, swimmable lagoons, and aqua parks. We work to deliver end-to-end solutions that combine functionality, aesthetics, and cost efficiency, ensuring the highest standards across every stage of a project.

Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Mechanical Technical Office Engineer to join our Aquatics team. The successful candidate will support the proposal and technical office functions by managing project documentation, preparing technical offers, and coordinating drawings and submittals to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and review project packages from the sales team.
  • Study project specifications and design suitable mechanical systems and layouts.
  • Prepare comprehensive technical offers, including layouts, schematics, and BOQs.
  • Develop and submit material submittals and shop drawings according to project requirements.
  • Attend and participate in technical meetings with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
  • Coordinate with consultants to resolve technical issues and clarify requirements.
  • Ensure all outputs comply with specifications, deadlines, and quality standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 2–3 years of confirmed experience in swimming pool and water features projects (experience in aqua parks is a strong asset).

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit is a plus.
  • Solid technical background in swimming pools, water features, and MEP systems.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to interact effectively with consultants and clients.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Capable of working under pressure and meeting project deadlines.

Reporting Line: Reports to the Technical Office Team Leader.
