Job Purpose:

To support the loan processing cycle by coordinating with banks and ensuring that all client and vehicle documentation is complete and submitted for loan approval. The Credit Officer plays a key role in ensuring timely loan disbursements to the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, verify, and prepare all documents required by banks for client loan applications.
  • Liaise with the Sales and Licensing teams to obtain vehicle license, insurance, and client KYC documents.
  • Submit loan applications and documentation to partner banks and track application status.
  • Respond to any queries or additional requirements raised by the banks.
  • Follow up to ensure disbursement of loan amounts into the company’s account.
  • Maintain accurate records of each client’s financing status and documentation.
  • Provide regular updates to the Credit Manager on loan processing progress.
  • Ensure proper archiving and filing of physical and digital documents.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in credit coordination or loan processing.
  • Familiarity with bank documentation requirements, especially for vehicle loans.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and documentation tools.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
