Graphic Designer Summer Intern

Overview of the role

Join IKEA’s dynamic team as an intern and gain hands-on experience in Graphic Design. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work on real projects, develop practical skills and contribute to our creative processes. You must attend at least 4 weeks’ full time whether in August or September with a possibility for extension upon the business needs and candidate’s availability.

What you will do

• Support the graphics team with various design projects.
• Contribute to the creation of visual materials for marketing and in-store displays.
• Assist in designing promotional materials such as posters, banners, and digital content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts.
• Maintain and update visual content to ensure consistency with IKEA’s branding.
• Help in preparing artwork for print and digital distribution.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for new design ideas.

• Ability to engage in physical tasks.
• Strong commitment and passion for design
